He was criticized and ridiculed when he remarked that the kind of food you eat causes depression and that food can cure depression. Criticized for their misinformation, the two sisters decided to open up about their struggles with depression and anxiety. While replying to someone on Instagram, Mawra Hussain shared that she is battling anxiety and also expressed her support for all those who are battling the disorder. It was Mawra’s way of telling the world that she was not clueless but that she too was going through the same turmoil. He also cited various sources that supported his claim that processed food increases depression. However, people continued to make fun of him. Despite the criticism, Maura revealed how she fights anxiety.

Arwa Hussain

  Unlike Maura, Urwa dealt directly with the whole situation by telling people that she too was suffering from depression. In a social media post, she said she never planned to open up to the world about her battle with sorrow, yet now that individuals are scrutinizing her for her remarks, she wanted to share. For what reason did they express out loud whatever they did? In a recent interview, Mohsin Abbas Haider shared that he mainly gave this status because he was thinking of committing suicide and he thought this would be his last status. Fortunately, he survived this difficult phase and that’s when he started opening up about his struggles with mental health.

Babar Khan

Consult a good psych trust or psychologist. Find a good person in your family who can do mental therapy for you. Physical therapists and yoga experts can also be very helpful in this regard.
